Welcome to Mélange, a little taste of Europe with no passport needed. Established in 1996, Mélange--French for a collection or a blend of things of different kinds, is a Bed and Breakfast Inn modeled after elegant European boutique hotels.
Secluded behind towering hemlock hedges and century-old trees and with unparalleled privacy and romantic ambience, the nationally recognized historic home features eclectic and exotic décor, classically landscaped gardens and festive party facilities.
Guests enjoy upscale accommodations in four guestrooms and in a honeymoon suite; gourmet breakfast may be served indoors or outdoors, and complementary wine and decadent desserts are taken on the porch or in front of the fireplace.
Our candlelight dinner that is offered exclusively to one couple at a time is a great way to celebrate a special date, express romance or blend out the distractions of everyday life.
The inn is conveniently located within 30 minutes to Asheville, Blue Ridge Parkway, Biltmore Estate, Chimney Rock and Du Pont State Forest and within walking distance to antiques and restaurants in charming historic Hendersonville.
