Fine Breakfast

At Melange Bed and Breakfast, we try to make your stay a culinary experience as well. Start your day with a strong, European style coffee or choose from a rich variety of teas. Colorful and nutritious menus are prepared from fresh ingredients everyday and complemented with fruits of the season. We use eggs of free range hens and organic grains and fruits and grow some of our herbs. The breakfast is served in the Greenhouse Room with candle light, festive china and fine linens. The menu will typically include a dressed up fresh fruit variety and a creative egg dish with bread selection and preserves. With advance notification, we will cater to most special diets and are proud to have one of the area's highest sanitation ratings.

Birthday and anniversary cakes can be pre-ordered to surprise your loved one. For that special occasion, we can also serve you a private 5 course candlelight dinner with formal china and silverware. It is a total experience in fine dining.
