Check out the article in “Our State” Magazine on Hendersonville:

Like a Local: Hendersonville

The apple doesn’t fall far from the tree in Hendersonville; much of what made the region a popular destination 200 years ago — like its agriculture, climate, and historic downtown district — are still important parts of its identity today.

Luncheon Review

Mehmet and Lale –
I can’t thank you enough for doing such a marvelous luncheon for the garden club yesterday.  Everyone absolutely raved about the food – your choice of entree and dessert was perfect!!
Plus – I, especially, just loved being there – and knowing everything would be beautiful – and perfect.
you both are just so special.
hugs and hugs, xoxo

Easter Sunrise Service

61st Annual Easter Sunrise Service  – Free Admission for Entry for Service

Celebrate the glory of Easter with song, scripture and spiritual music as a spectacular sunrise ascends over Lake Lure. Chimney Rock’s annual Easter Sunrise Service has become a legendary event in WNC, attracting more than 1,000 early risers from around the Southeast each year. This nondenominational event features live music and an inspirational message.

Guests are invited to eat breakfast at the Old Rock Café and stay to enjoy the Park all day. Admission to the sunrise service is free. Guests who would like to return to the Park after eating breakfast can show their bulletin at the Ticket Plaza to receive free admission for Sunday, March 27. Cost for the Old Rock’s breakfast buffet is $9.99 for adults and $5.99 for children under 10; drinks are not included.

Gate opens 5-6 am for 7 am service; no one can be admitted through gate after 6 am. Please note that due to the large number of guests who attend the sunrise service, we must close the gate at 6 am so everyone is able to be at the service by 7. No one can be admitted through the gate after 6 am.

Rhythmic Circus

Groove to the beat! Rapid-fire tap dancing and furious funk dominate the stage in Rhythmic Circus’s award-winning Feet Don’t Fail Me Now! These world-class hoofers from Minneapolis hit the road armed with a trunk full of tap shoes and funky costumes. If the seven-piece brass band weren’t enough, there comes Aaron “Heatbox” Heaton the incomparable human beat-box. Genre-hopping music and percussive dance create an infectious rhythm highlighted by taps, shuffles and stomps and punctuated by the clangs, riffs and refrains of the group’s lively band. Rhythmic Circus is a funky, edgy, and explosive extravaganza for all ages.
